My husband and I loved the location – it was perfect for our shopping trip, with malls and markets nearby. The service was outstanding, and the room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with so many delicious options to choose from. A special shout-out to the bellboys who helped us when the taxi I had booked turned out to be too small for our luggage. They quickly arranged another taxi and ensured we made it to the airport on time. Truly exceptional service!

Everything was good. The staff provided excellent service and the check in at the executive level was smooth and quick. I like the executive lounge has food provided at every hour and the rooms were new, clean and in tip-top condition. The location is perfect too. Can walk to Siam paragon, Platinium, and Siam Sq. Lots of food choices and shopping at Central world.
